Dear Pastors, Friends, & Family,
I hope you enjoyed our video last month instead of a prayer letter. We really had a great survey trip. Christy, Nick, and Sam got to see Palma de Mallorca for the first time! While we were there we were able to go ahead and rent an apartment, so it is just sitting there waiting for us! One exciting thing that we experienced was meeting people from 11 or 12 different countries. It is exciting to think of how God might work there in Palma!
We are almost done with deputation! We only have four scheduled meetings left. On October 18th, we have our visa appointments down in Miami, FL. We are praying that everything goes smoothly with that. After that meeting it can take 2 weeks to 2 months to get approved and receive our visas. Financially, we are currently at 87% of our support, and we have a good amount of our moving costs saved up. God has been so good to us!
I would like to say a special thank you to Joaquin Lopez, who pastors our sponsoring church. He just received our approval from Spain for us to be able to start a church! As everything draws near to an end here, we are both excited and a little nervous. We know everything is in God’s hands, and we cannot wait to get to Spain and get to work! Thank you for praying with us in these matters.
